Settled Affairs offers personalized administrative support following the death of a loved one. We assist with the closure, cancellation, or transfer of everyday personal accounts—helping to relieve the burden of time-consuming tasks during a difficult time.

We do not offer legal, estate planning, or financial advising. Instead, we focus solely on the practical, administrative work that often falls to grieving family members.

Hourly Services

$60 per hour
For flexible support tailored to your needs. Time is tracked transparently, and we’ll keep you informed with regular status updates.

Common Services Include:

Closing or transferring utility accounts (gas, electric, water, etc.)
Canceling digital subscriptions (streaming, memberships, etc.)
Notifying loyalty programs or rewards memberships
Organizing documentation for surviving family members
Creating new personal accounts for a spouse or relative when necessary

Additional Services (Flat-Rate Options)

New Account Creation for Family Member
Create new accounts for a surviving family member to replace those closed due to the deceased’s accounts.
$100 per account

Priority Processing
Receive expedited service to complete all tasks within 5 business days.
$150 flat fee

Extended Service Period
Extend our services for up to 60 days after initial completion for ongoing support.
$250 flat fee

Getting Started

To begin, complete the intake packet provided. You’ll select your preferred services, provide consent, and list the accounts you'd like help with. We’ll guide you through each step and offer updates throughout the process.
